    This is always necessary with existing products needing some more accuracy. Before I fully pay for it, I'd just need a test run to make sure I feel that it's accurately transcribing the conversation.

    I understand what they are trying to solve for, but I don't 100% know if it's a big problem in my life yet - but I can also just not be the target demo.

    As a solo founder I understand the use for this tool - brings in all of the feedback and communication areas that are managed separately into one place, also helping to keep early adopters and champions engaged in your product. Depending on price - I would pay for this and I would just need more info on data usage, and who owns it, etc.
