  I understand the problem: preserving community memories and local history in a more participatory way. The niche is interesting, but I’m unsure who the paying customer is. Individuals may not pay enough for this, while schools, museums, communities, and local organizations could be stronger customers. I’d want to see active communities, retention, moderation, privacy controls, and a clear path to sustainable revenue.
