Seedance 2.5 is an AI video generator that turns text, images, video, or audio into cinematic clips up to 30 seconds long at resolutions from 480p to 1080p. It supports up to 50 multimodal reference inputs to keep characters, style, and continuity consistent, and offers local region editing to tweak parts of a clip without regenerating the whole scene.

  The 50-reference multimodal conditioning and the local region editing are aimed at the two things that actually break AI video work: character drift across shots, and having to regenerate a whole clip to fix one corner. That is a real workflow problem and I understood it immediately. What worries me is that this is the most crowded and fastest-commoditising category in AI, and the page never tells me the per-second cost at 1080p or what happens to footage I upload. I would trial it, not commit to it.
