It handles routine guest questions and requests, escalating only what truly needs staff attention while automatically resolving the rest.

ConSergio.ai is the digital concierge for hotels, bed and breakfasts and independent accommodation providers. The guest scans the room's QR code, opens a chat in the phone's browser and asks for what they need in their own language: hours, how the property works, what there is to see nearby. The assistant answers with the property's own content and sees the request through; the staff get it on a live board, with the room, the language and the time. The dashboard shows what guests ask for and which services sell most. It goes live in five minutes, and fees start at 29 euro a month. ConSergio.ai is a product of DevInterface SRL, a software house in Bussolengo, in the province of Verona.
